TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
BSC Technical Development Program provides additional training for recreational players that will increase their confidence on the ball and individual play. This is a multi week program that is focused on developing individual ball skills.
The program will work on refining ball handling, dribbling, striking and body shape with high volume and high repetition that will increase the players confidence on the ball as well as their team play. Dynamic warm ups, injury prevention and muscle strength is important at this age and will be worked on. Players will formulate their own individual goals for the program and will be encouraged to do soccer "homework" and practice skills at their own time as well.
In addition to technical skills development, coaches will be also evaluating and helping players improve other important factors and their training habits: effort, focus and discipline.
